My passion is teaching traditional mat based Pilates. Each small class is suitable for both beginners & intermediates with a strong focus on
posture & correct technique throughout. Small group sessions based in Nantwich, Wistaston, Sandbach, Haslington & Weston, Nr. Crewe.
With over 20 years' Pilates teaching experience, you are in safe hands. 1-1 Back Care Pilates also available if required.
