Mixed ability classes including pre-post/natal women. Classes kept small, maximum of 12 people per class so can keep a close eye on everyone especially beginners and pregnant women. Classes have been running for 20 years. Pilates classes are great for people who want to build up their core strength, avoid or recover from injury, improve their posture and balance and gain a greater mind and body awareness! I offer the opportunity to carry over classes if you need to cancel with 24 notice and also flexibility to change days if there is space available.
