As an ex professional dancer, I came to Pilates whilst working in Germany and have been a fan ever since! I am a member of Pilates Foundation and have been teaching since 2002. My matwork classes take place in Teddington and Hampton, I also teach privately and am a fully qualified dance teacher if ballet is a desire!
