A mixed ability mat-based Pilates class. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' whilst building strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. Equipment used in classes includes: foam blocks, resistance bands, spiky balls and wobble cushions.

Hi I’m Emma, I’ve always been interested in exercise and fitness. I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2009 and qualified as a Pilates teacher in 2015. I aim for my classes to be enjoyable and varied.
