Classes are no more than 12 clients, mat based class with hands on instructor. Fitness circles, foam rollers, toning balls, bands all used.

I am a Level 3 Advanced Pilates Instructor and have over 8 years experience of pilates and a lifetime of fitness. I was an elite athlete (cyclist) and found pilates helped with all my back and shoulder problems so decided to train in it as it works!
