This class is for all abilities. It is based on modified pilates exercises to increase core strength, mobility around the lumbar pelvic region and increase flexibility.
Exercises will be progressed at each person's capability, allowing for an individualised programme. You will also be provided with an exercise sheet to aid with practice at home, therefore allowing progress through the 6 weeks.

I completed BSc Hons Physiotherapy at Coventry University in 2007, and since have been working full time in the NHS.
Since 2009 I have specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at a London hospital.
In addition to my physio career I have always enjoyed dance. In 2009 I completed a Diploma of Higher Education in Dance Performance at Birkbeck University.
This year it has been my aim to provide good quality and affordable pilates classes to the North London community. I have trained at the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) and completed Matwork Levels 1-3 and Prenatal/Postnatal courses.
I hope my physiotherapy and dance knowledge will provide people with added confidence, for those wishing to begin or continue Pilates.
