Hello! I am Sarah and owner of Spring Pilates Studio is based just outside Marden, Kent. My small studio is fully equipped with reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, spine corrector (arc) and ladder barrel and I teach matwork classes, a Barre/pilates mix class as well as personal training on the equipment. Trained by the Michael King school with internationally acclaimed educators Malcolm Muirhead and Andrea Domin, I remain faithful to the original principles of Pilates, but adapt each exercise to meet individual needs. Precision is key to success in Pilates, so I keep classes small (max 8) so that everyone in the class gets individual attention and therefore maximum benefit from their time spent with me in my studio. I have worked with clients who want to supplement their existing exercise regime and also those who have a range of physical complaints, including scoliosis, hypomobility, rotator cuff impingement, bulging and eroded discs, pubic symphysis disorder, significant muscular imbalance, meniscus tears, as well as more common complaints such as sciatica, postural problems, arthritis, tight tendons and ligaments and non specific lower back pain.
