Pilates matwork classes suitable for all abilities. Pilates matwork classes focus on a series of movements incorporating strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. The exercises are progressive and safe, allowing you to work at your own pace with an emphasis on technique and individual progress. Pilates bands, balls, light weights and other small equipment can be used to increase the challenge or to assist you.

Power of Pilates is Reading's oldest Pilates studio based in Lower Earley, Reading, RG6 5SY. At the pilates studio we offer mat pilates, reformer pilates and equipment pilates using the reformer, exo chair, tower, springboard and arc. We offer mat and reformer pilates in group settings or you can book a private / one to one session. Due to the sucsess of our classes we also provide group matwork classes in Finchampstead, Wokingham and Winnersh. If you wish to train from home we can provide online and live stream pilates classes. We have a professional team of highly qualifed pilates instructors and have been establised since 2007.
