Matwork classes taught by Physiotherapist Kirsty Jesty (fully certified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute).
- Suitable for all levels of fitness, ability and age.

Classes are interesting and varied with the use of a wide range of small equipment. This is a controlled approach to Pilates, with an experienced instructor able to modify exercises to suit all abilities.
One to one/pairs sessions also available.
