Mat Classes
I combine classical and modern pilates exercises with myofascial release techniques to help relieve stress and tension in the body. Mat classes are focused on achieving a good neutral posture, a harmony between mobility and stability, balance, core strength, breathing, concentration, fluidity of movement, control and precision.
Equipment Classes
I provide a personal Pilates session to suit your individual needs and to address specific goals you want to achieve in a well equipped studio. Full one to one attention will ensure rapid results and continued progress.
I also offer shared programmes for two people.

Charlotte Prince:
BA Dance and Theatre Studies at London Studio Centre
Pilates Matwork and Equipment Instructor
Charlie Prince trained as a dancer with Swindon Dance, 2004 - 2006, before
continuing her studies at London Studio Centre, 2006 - 2010, where she graduated
with Distinction in Contemporary Dance and Theatre Studies. During this time, she
used Pilates extensively to strengthen and align her body.
She worked for several
years as a Beauty Therapist and then trained with Veronique Coignac in Pilates,
allowing her to practise as a Mat and Equipment specialist. She has also
completed the Core Align 1 Training course. She worked for the Tring Pilates
Studio until March 2016.
She now has a consultation room at Wantage Osteopathic
Practice for individual exercise sessions and teaches Matwork classes in several
locations.
