An open session for those new to pilates, or those looking for a more gentle practice. Focussed on connecting breathe with body and gaining confidence with key Pilates exercises. Class takes place downstairs in the dance studio, if you have your own mat please bring it along!

I teach contemporary Pilates with a focus on body awareness and breathing. I believe Pilates is for everyone, no matter what your body is like or where your fitness level is I believe you have something to gain from taking some to move your body with intention, and see what it says to you. I aim to make my classes accessible. Challenging without being daunting, and fun without being flippant.
