A great way to start the weekend. Mat pilates with use of some small apparatus to enhance the session, the focus is on building strength and flexibility to help your body move with ease.

I teach contemporary Pilates with a focus on body awareness and breathing. I believe Pilates is for everyone, no matter what your body is like or where your fitness level is I believe you have something to gain from taking some to move your body with intention, and see what it says to you. I aim to make my classes accessible. Challenging without being daunting, and fun without being flippant.
