I studied under Kirk Smith at the Classical Pilates Centre in Manchester and am qualified to teach mat, reformer and all pilates apparatus.
Pilates Works is a boutique pilates studio offering pilates to all ages, abilities and fitness levels. We are the first commercial classical pilates studio in Southport.
