Qualified to Level 3, I deliver Pilates classes anyone over the age of 16. Currently I operate out of several venues in Ryde, but will soon be expanding into Newport.
I run dedicated classes for complete Beginners, Intermediates, Mums & Babies, as well as "Pilates on the Ball" on a monthly basis to the more adventurous! Finally I offer a Chair Pilates class for those who struggle to get down to, or up from a mat for whatever reason. I will shortly be offering specialist pilates classes for post operative breast cancer patients.
I can also deliver 1:1 sessions (£35) if preferred, as well as a 1:1 session with a postural assessment (£45),and can come to you for small group lessons if you wish.
Prices range from £5 to £7.50 per session depending on the class, and classes need to be booked in 6 week blocks. If for any reason you cannot attend your usual session, you are welcome to join a different session on another day if there is space.
I have experience working with clients with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, depression and more recently Meniers Disease.
