PATS Pilates offer:
• General Mat Pilates Class - practicing the repertoire using the Pilates principles (max. participants 10)
• Small Group Mat Pilates Class - practicing the repertoire using the Pilates principles (max. participants 6)
• Senior Class - a 60 plus class to improve body balance, posture, strength and flexibility (max. participants 10)
• Fundamentals - working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those at a beginner’s level or new to the Pilates method
• Pre and Post Natal - a safe, low impact form of exercise which tones and strengthens the back and pelvic floor muscles; the very muscles you will need to support you during and after pregnancy
• Mat and Equipment - combining Mat Pilates with the Studio Equipment in small groups to create a full body work out
• Pilates Personal Training - to specifically build a programme suitable for your needs to effectively achieve your personal goals
• Pilates Rehabilitation Training - for those who are pre/post surgery or recovering from an injury
• 6 Week Beginner Course – start date TBC

A consultation is required prior to attending any sessions at the studio (excluding the beginner course, unless refered by a medical practitioner). This allows for a one to one session where we can discuss past and present medical history, perform a series of health and fitness tests prior to exercise and complete a postural assessment. We can also find out about your aims and goals to help advise you on the best option available at PATS Pilates to effectively achieve success.
