Classes are kept to a maximum of 12 people to ensure close supervision and maximum benefit gained.
Before joining a class, you will need to book an individual assessment which will allow me to fully understand your needs and goals to ensure this is addressed within the class.

I am a state registered, chartered physiotherapist and a fully certified Pilates instructor (certified with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) teaching modified Pilates both on a 1:1 basis and through classes to patients in Macclesfield and surrounding areas in Cheshire.
