This is a gentle class, focusing predominantly on mobility and flexibility, with some moderate strength exercises. Suitable for people new to Pilates, returning after a long break or simply wishing for a less intense class.

I am a qualified, experienced Pilates instructor and a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
I aim to help you improve your posture by mobilising, strengthening and balancing your body through precise and controlled exercises. You will learn how to maintain a neutral spine position, stabilise your pelvic and shoulder girdles, breathe correctly and engage your core. My hands-on approach will enable you to work safely to the best of your ability.
No previous experience is necessary.
Small group classes. Please bring your own mat. All other equipment is provided.
