£36 for six-week course. If you miss a session you can have a maximum of one credit towards the cost of the following course.
Friday morning classes are at Boost Studio, 63 Kelvin Rd, Leamington Spa CV32 7TG. This is a mixed class. £7 Pay As You Go.

I began Pilates more than 14 years ago and eventually took the plunge to do my teacher training.
I qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher more than six years ago and remain passionate about the benefits of Pilates for both the body and mind.
Teaching still feels more like a hobby rather than a job because I get so much pleasure from helping clients to develop their strength and flexibility.
Since qualifying I launched my own classes at Warwick Gates Community Centre and also teach several weekly classes for Leamington-based physiotherapy practices - The Well Centre, The Cloisters and Body & Motion.
I do regular Continual Professional Development training to improve and develop both my knowledge and teaching skills.
I am a Level 3 Pilates teacher and am registered and insured with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
