I have been in the fitness industry for 17 years. I trained to teach Pilates in 2002 and regularly attend workshops and seminars, keeping my knowledge up to date.
I taught at the multiple sclerosis centre for 15 years. Pilates really is full everyone!
I teach group mat work with small equipment and seated Pilates in Gravenhurst and Streatley village hall.
The classes are on Monday, Wednesday's and Thursdays.
