I'm a level 3 Qualified teacher in Pilates, plus I'm trained in the use of small equipment and Pilates and pregnancy. Essence Pilates is running group classes (Friday mornings and Weds evenings) and private lessons in the Godalming area for all ages and abilities. I am aiming to make clients feel stronger, more toned and reinvigorated. Plus enjoy all the other benefits of pilates such as improved posture, core strength and endurance, spinal mobility and flexibility, better sleep and mood elevation. I'm offering a free trial class to newbies and from there I offer group lessons at a discount (£8.50) or drop in for £10.
