I am an ex professional dancer and have been teaching Pilates in Surrey for 12 years. I am also a master Trainer with Body Control Pilates and teach the Gyrotonic method of movement alongside my Pilates.
I aim to make my classes fun and informative, ensuring that everybody understands the technique even though it may take some time before this technique is perfected, but the body will follow what the mind undertands, it always does!
