I have a few spaces available on my Pilates sessions that I run on Tuesday's in the Old Gym at Allestree Woodlands School.

This is mat Pilates, so the majority of the exercises will be floor based. It is contemporary/ modern Pilates - which means we will not just stick rigidly to the original 34 exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. We use modern small equipment such as Pilates balls, Pilates rings and a variety of resistance bands - these allow us to really target and engage particular muscles and also to add variety to the sessions.

I operate in "blocks" of sessions, usually around 8 weeks and you pay for the block upfront. I also record each session and you have access to that session for the rest of the week so you can catch up from home if you can't make it in person that week.
