Free taster class available!
This dedicated intermediate class is a great way to progress your Pilates journey. Taught from my home studio, there is a maximum class size of 6, so you will receive plenty of attention and help. Because of their small size, classes can also be tailored to your individual needs and goals.
My studio is easily reached from Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, Brixton, West Norwood, Dulwich, Streatham and Camberwell. There are lots of payment options available too - see my website for more information and the full range of classes available.
