This is an intensive, intermediate class for those that have a sound knowledge of the basics. Nada likes to keep you moving as much as possible!
Please see our website for the starting dates of the next course. All our courses are capped at 14 pupils. These courses match the school calendar and can vary in length. Costs are £12.50 per class but you will need to book for the whole course.

Our courses are all matwork based and are held at The Arts Ed School near Turnham Green tube station.
Courses are organised in Clubs, with each day bringing a different benefit. Choose the one that suits you best! For a more detailed description have a look at our website.
We employ teachers who have completed training to a professional level. They are all highly skilled and enthusiastic. Pupils are welcome at all levels, including those who are recovering from injuries or suffering from long term difficulties. We can help you choose the teacher best suited to your needs.
