Sheila has practised pilates for over almost 15 years. She has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Biology. After years of working in the corporate world she had completed her Level 3 Mat Pilates qualifications. Working out of her home studio, there is a class for all levels. If you prefer she offers pilates in the comfort of your own home on a one to one basis or small group basis.
