I am a fully qualified matwork teacher and sports/remedial massage therapist practising from central location in Claygate. I teach 10 Clients at one time to ensure I can give everyone the personal attention they need.
I have 2 young sons who take up most of my free time when I'm not teaching or participating in Pilates classes. I used to work in Advertising before I discovered this wonderful form of exercise and feel truly privileged to be able to make my living doing the thing I love most.
