Body Control Pilates Matwork Teacher Level 3.
Small friendly classes for safe and focused teaching
Exercises can be modified to suit level of ability and restrictions due to illness , injury .
Classes focus on mobilising and strengthening our joints to support and enable effective muscle recruitment . By working on toning and strengthening our deep core stabilising muscles we seek to improve postural aligment which in turn may help with associated pain and restricted movement .
Pilates also works with balance and co ordination so that we have a healthy range and flow of movement to support our day to day activities.
Class schedule:
Monday evenings 7pm : Beginners / Improvers : Spencer Hill Road , Wimbledon SW19 4EL
Wednesday lunchtimes 1pm: Beginners & Improvers : St Luke's Community Hall, Ramsden Road SW12 8RQ
2pm: Experienced Improvers / Intermediate : St Luke's Community Hall, Ramsden Road SW12 8RQ
