Improver classes are for those who have grasped good basic technique and want to be challenged with tougher exercises. At this point the focus is on increasing core strength, stamina and more complex patterns of movement.
Classes are limited to 12 clients, matwork based including using small props to help strengthen and tone your body. Working from the inside out Pilates can improve your posture, reduce stress and alleviate back and neck pain.
