Lots of tuition in this small, friendly class. Master and improve Pilates principles of movement and repertoire, whilst conditioning the body. Emphasis on movement and stability. Good for everyone who has done Pilates before

I began practicing Pilates over 35 years ago to build core strength following years of working in communications and marketing, spending many long hours at computers. After moving from London to Sevenoaks, and being unable to find a suitable Pilates teacher, I decided to train to teach. Twelve years have passed, and I have never looked back! Teaching Pilates and running my studio and virtual online classes is now my full-time occupation. I love working with individuals as well as the challenges that group and online teaching presents. Best of all, is that it is my privelege to work with each unique individual who comes to me with movement or postural limitations, and to help them to move more freely, with little effort, become more 'body aware' and able in their chosen activity, from just getting around, to specific sports training.
I've always loved fitness and movement, dancing, skating and swimming and my chosen approach to Pilates was through and Exercise to Music qualification with Future Fit, gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Mat Pilates. Further training with APPI in ante and post natal and cardio training on the reformer. I am a certified Polestar group Reformer teacher, and am delighted to have relocated my studio to The Education Centre at Coolings Nurseries, Rushmore Hill, Knockholt. TN14 7NN. This is a lovely space, where I now offer a program of mat and reformer classes as well as circuit combo classes using Pilates apparatus. I recently introducing the Combo Chair to the group class environment.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I have taken my Pilates Mat and other fitness classes online and stream them live from my home studio.
