Stratford Pilates Centre® was founded in 2000 by Lauren Bannister, a former international skydiving instructor and UK competitor. After travelling and working overseas for many years, Lauren came back to live in England in 1996 and it was at this time that she began to study Pilates. Over the last 15 years, Lauren has become one of the most experienced Pilates Teachers in the area, if not the country. She is trained and qualified with The Body Control Pilates Association, the leading Pilates Training Provider in Europe and the organization with the most thorough and intensive training programme in the UK.
Since 2000, Stratford Pilates Centre has developed into “THE Centre of Excellence" in Warwickshire. Our daytime Matwork Class programme now operates from The Community Room at STRATFORD GARDEN CENTRE near Clifford Chambers, a lively venue with easy parking, farm shop, restaurant, coffee shop and courtyard boutique shops. Evening classes are held at the stunning CROFT PREPARATORY SCHOOL, in the music room of Mundell Court.
