Just Pilates at The Ledbury Pilates Studio
Liz Batty qualified as a STOTT Pilates instructor in 2004 in Advanced matwork, and reformer. She is also trained in advanced stability chair, advanced cadillac, Zenga,Total Barre, Injuries and Special Populations. Liz teaches 13 weekly matwork groups in the Malvern and Ledbury area and one to ones at a fully equipped studio in Ledbury for sports training and rehabilitation.
