Gentle Pilates

GentlePilates
While this is less vigorous than a traditional Pilates session, the whole body is nonetheless gently exercised bringing it into better alignment. Exercises are modified for those in need of more support.
Gentle Pilates is targatted at those who haven't exercised for a while, those recovering from injury, seniors, post-natal women & those who would like to focus on stress management through controlled movement & breathing. Each class concludes with a short meditation. What a Great way to conclude a busy day!
