The morning Pilates classes are run for Mature clients and great class for beginners to learn the Pilates basics.
Gentler Exercises are devised to suit individuals abilities.
Classes run term times block of six dates (fee £48).
A new client can start at any point during a block and fee applies from date they book. in.
You will need a non slip mat, no shoes worn on feet but socks can be kept on.
If you wish to trial a class before committing fee £10.

I am a Level 4 fitness professional teaching Pilates, Tai Chi and cardio Dance . Qualifications in weight management, nutrition and personal training. I have worked as a fitness instructor for 20 years and fully insured to teach adults and children. I have my exercise referral qualification to take on referrals from your health practitioner. Registered with CIMPSA as a Fitness professional.
