A relaxed friendly class open to everyone but not really suitable for those with remedial issues. A mixture of evolved and classical pilates and often utilising pilates small equipment like foam rollers and weighted balls, soft balls and therabands. Payment on a drop in basis.

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher as well as a pilates teacher, and both disciplines underlie my teaching style. I have a keen interest in anatomy and physiology and came to pilates after damaging my back from years of yoga without a good understanding of the bio mechanics involved. Pilates has rejuvenated both my body and my yoga teaching, and I believe pilates to be the sound foundation to all forms of movement.
