Chiltern Physiotherapy Pilates Classes
I am a Physiotherapist who has worked extensively in the NHS and private sector prior to establishing Chiltern Physiotherapy and Chiltern Physiotherapy Pilates Classes.
I have been teaching Pilates in a healthcare setting for over 9 years, and have been teaching classes to the general public in Chorleywood for nearly 5 years.
All the classes are held at our Physiotherapy clinic in Chorleywood.
