Beginners to intermediates mat work class. Small equipment such as bands and rings may also be used but are provided by the teacher.

Forever Fit offer Pilates Mat classes, Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates, and Menopause Yoga throughout Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding areas. Classes are taught by Caroline Skinner, who has over 15 years experience in teaching exercise classes. Caroline is a level 3 Pilates Instructor , a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, and a Teacher Trainer and Assessor.
Classes are mixed ability, and are pay as you go. Prices range from £8 - £12.
Forever Fit also run regular health and wellness workshops throughout the year, as well as retreats in Mallorca and Instructor CPD courses.
