Flow Yogalates is the most physically challenging class on my timetable (yet I no longer teach high intensity classes) including flowing yoga sequences, such as sun salutations, and Pilates exercises, along with other strengthening exercises—promoting a healthy balance of mobility and stability. Although a physical class, it does include corpse pose at the end, so that you can leave the room feeling relaxed.
Benefits include: increased flexibility, balance and strength, improved sports performance, muscle tone and improved posture/maintenance of optimal posture, aids weight loss/reduced body fat %.

I have been working full-time in the fitness industry since 2007. After completing a Level 3 Health and Fitness Diploma at Kidderminster College in 2007, I began working in the gym at The Wyre Forest Leisure Centre, staying there until 2012, almost always having a fitness course on the go whilst working in the gym personal training and teaching various classes. I started doing classes in school/community halls in 2009 and have been doing so ever since.
I now teach 6 different types of group exercise classes: Modern Pilates, Flow Yogalates, Gentle Yoga, Beginners Tai Chi, Intermediate Tai Chi and Active Seniors. I am currently training as a corrective exercise specialist under The Biomechanics Method, something I will use to improve my Pilates and yoga classes. I am also booked in to train with The Deyin Taijiquan Institute in April 2026 so that I can greatly improve my tai chi classes.
