Meet Nataliia, a certified Polestar Pilates Mat Instructor with 10 years of background in Irish dancing.
She discovered Pilates three years ago while living in the Netherlands and struggling to find her place in the professional world as she was not happy in her office job.
Nataliia suffered from non-related lower back pain for many years of dancing. Trying to deal with the pain she practiced different pilates classes, but the Polestar Pilates method helped her to cure this pain! It was so inspiring that she decided to share her experience with other people. That’s when she signed up for a teaching training course at Polestar Pilates in 2021. And that was it – her place!
Recently Nataliia moved back from the Netherlands where she used to teach small groups within the framework of her certification program. Nataliia is excited to continue her pilates journey in lovely Portugal.
