Jo is a Body Control Pilates certified teacher, teaching at the Body Control Pilates Centre in Covent Garden and at various locations in Pinner and surrounding areas.
She is a Body Control Pilates supervising teacher guiding student teachers through the qualification process.
As a level 3 Pilates teacher, she is also qualified to teach all pieces of Pilates studio equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel), small equipment and special populations including ante/post natal, Osteoporosis, Parkinsons Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
Jo runs Core and Dynamic matwork classes for all abilities form beginners to advanced.
She also teaches 1:1 and 2:1 classes and can develop a corporate package for your business.
