I am a Stott Pilates Matwork & Reformer teacher. Based in the Golden Triangle area of Norwich. I have a reformer bed in a small studio in Shoteshem just outside Norwich. I have been teaching fitness for 28 yrs and Stott Pilates for 6yrs. I run various classes from complete beginners to intermediate & advanced matwork and reformer. My classes are generally small , max 10 / 12 . I teach one to one classes in both matwork & reformer costing £30. Max 3 per session.Pre & post natal classes starting in Oct/Nov 2012
