Pilates at KPC Therapy centre are led by Physiotherapists with CSP & HPC registration and qualified to teach Pilates through the APPI. Classes are small with up to eight in each class. Equipment is provided, however it is advisable to bring a hand towel.
It is essential to contact prior to attending a class to complete an enrolment form.
KPC Therapy Pilates includes exercises modified from the basic Pilates exercises to provide a suitable level for all levels to exercise safely. Classes are suitable for those with postural problems and can be used in rehabilitation for low back pain along with other conditions. The principles of Pilates can help to improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance and control of movements.
