Debbie is an experienced Classical Pilates instructor running Pilates mat classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants. She has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years and took up Pilates to support her other sports and fitness activities. She is certified to REPS Level 3 in Pilates and Fitness and runs a local community based fitness business "Inspire Me Fit" near Bishops Waltham in Hampshire.
