Beginner class for people with no previous experience of pilates. Could also be used as a pilates refresher course.

I am a Level 3 Advanced Pilates Instructor and have over 8 years experience of pilates and a lifetime of fitness. I was an elite athlete (cyclist) and found pilates helped with all my back and shoulder problems so decided to train in it as it works!
