A body control pilates class that is ideal for beginneers, those new to Pilates, and people with specific health and fitness requirements. A mat class that also uses the small equipment such a bands, ball, circle and foam roller.

I first discovered Pilates whilst at University years ago and thought how wonderful and varied the classes were. I have always led an active lifestyle but found that Pilates really targeted specific areas and dramatically improved my posture.
After a year of intensive training I am now a Body Control Pilates Teacher qualified with a level 3 on the Register of Exercise Professionals. I have attended and am qualified to teach small equipment classes, intermediate level and Pilates for Bone health. I have been teaching for 5 years and continue my learning with Pilates for Pregnancy and Level 4 Pilates.
