I am fully qualified Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 19 years experience of treating spinal problems and trained with APPI to be a pilates instructor and have been teaching for the last 5 years.
Collingham Pilates class is a small friendly group which caters for people of all abilities and we welcome various ailments, you will be in good company we have those who are sufferers of back pain, knee arthritis and various other conditions. I still work in the NHS in primary care working with people with various painful conditions including long term spinal pain and use pilates in this work to great success to improve the quality of life of those suffering with this difficult condition.
