BarreConcept & PIlates Combination class

This class includes a warm up, 40 minutes BarreConcept and 40 minutes mat based Pilates. A great combination to give your body a full workout. Most suitable for those with some Pilates or Yoga experience. No Ballet experience necessary.
BarreConcept is great for toning your body and we work out to upbeat music so its great fun. We then move into a traditional Pilates workout for flexibility and core strength.

Fees are £50 for 6 weeks but you can come and try a class first for £12.50 before signing up.

Pilates consists of slow, controlled flowing movements that primarily strengthen the core muscles that stabilize and support the spine, realign the body and helps correct postural problems. The exercises are low impact and you can work at many levels with adaptations to suit your body and any existing medical conditions. It takes a while to get used to but you will be amazed how quickly you feel the difference. My philosophy is that we exercise so that we can do whatever we want in our lives - not just for the sake of exercising. My classes are fun, friendly and sometimes challenging and I have many students who have been working with me for years which is brilliant. Come and join us as there is something for everyone.

I teach a range of classes to address different aspects of your fitness - Zumba for a great aerobic workout, BarreConcept to strengthen (without bulking), build cardiovascular endurance, improve posture and lose weight and Pilates for flexibility, strength, balance, co-ordination and stress relief. Something for everyone.
