A mostly standing class, this will challenge your balance, core-strength, poise and posture as you use poles to mimic the barre-work in ballet for graceful and challenging sequences. A top class for toning bums, legs and abs. No tutus, no Louie Spence!
Loads of fun, and a great way to tone your lower body. No dance experience necessary, no tutus! Pilates experience is extremely useful but not necessary to join in.
Pilates Mat credits can be used to book these Barre Style Pilates classes. But please note you are only able to attend Pilates Matwork classes if you have been on our Pilates Intro Mat Course or are already a Pilates go-er.
