Octavia is a physiotherapist by trade, working part time at Southampton General in the musculoskeletal and orthopaedic department. Since becoming a mother she has trained to become a Pilates teacher specialising in ante and postnatal Pilates.
Her classes are unique as her passion for rehabilitation of the body means the focus is on precision and timely progression and she often gives physiotherapy advice when required to clients throughout the session.
It is advised to have an initial assessment to enable the classes to be tailored to your needs and to ensure you can exercise safely and at your best potential. Through taking part in her classes you will see not only an improvement in your strength, flexibility and posture but hopefully gain a better understanding of your body and how best to maintain a pain free supple body.
