I have been teaching Pilates for over 8 years mainly in Cheshire.
I am qualified in all areas of Pilates and also qualified in the use of small and large equipment.
I am STOTTS Reformer Qualified.
I have also done Fit 2 Therapy training, qualifying me in other areas of muscle balance and giving a holistic teaching method to Pilates.
I ensure the highest standard of teaching, my classes are small, I give individual attention to all my clients and offer personal training programs.
Anyone is welcome no matter of age, gender, ailments or requirements, my aim is to accommodate and adapt to each individual needs, ensuring my clients get the best out of their bodies.
