Small and friendly, mat-based Pilates class.
These classes are ideal for anyone who has previous Pilates experience and would like to challenge themselves. This is a fast paced class, where the exercises are more advanced and the heart and lungs are also given a workout.
It is not suitable for those new to Pilates, recovering from an injury or who have recently had a baby.
The classes vary each week by using different pieces of small equipment such as the flex-band and mini-stability ball, to help maintain your interest levels and keep you motivated.

Hazel Hussey has a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy and now offers a contemporary programme of Pilates classes as a level 3 STOTT Pilates instructor.
Her refreshingly positive approach to the original exercise method has proved ever popular with her fast growing number of clients. Hazel runs friendly, mixed ability classes where everyone is welcome regardless of age, fitness level or previous Pilates experience.
